حرصاً على بناء علاقة ثقة قوية وطويلة الأمد مع عملائنا لذا يرجى الاطلاع على سياسة “صفقة اليوم” الخاصة بضمان الاستبدال والاسترجاع.

الإستبدال والإسترجاع حق مضمون كل عملائنا وهو يشمل جميع المنتجات التي نعرضها على متجرنا.

جميع المنتجات المعروضة على متجرنا قابلة لسياسة الإستبدال والإسترجع وفق الشروط والأحكام المنصوص عليها في هذه الصحفة.

  1. يمكن الإرجاع أو الإستبدال إذا كان المنتج بنفس حالته الأصلية عند الشراء ومغلفا بالغلاف الأصلي.
  2. الاسترجاع خلال (7) أيام والاستبدال خلال (14) أيام من تاريخ الشراء.
  3. يرجى التواصل معنا عبر صفحة إتصل بنا أو عبر أرقامنا الهاتفية من أجل طلب الإسترجاع أو الإستبدال.
  4. يرجى تصوير المنتج وإرساله مع تحديد المدينة والعنوان ورقم الطلب ليتم إستبداله بمنتج اخر في حالة كان المنتج فاسدا أو به عيب معين، أو لا حسب المتفق عليه.
  5. يتم إسترجاع المبلغ للعميل كاملا في حالة كان المنتج الذي أستلمه مختلف تماما مع وصف المنتج في صفحة المنتج بموقعنا مخصوم منه رسوم الشحن ٥٠ جنيه مصرى.
  6. لسنا مسؤولين عن أي توقعات لإستعمال المنتجات من طرف العميل لم نذكرها بصفحة المنتج بموقعنا.
  7. تخصم 20 بالمائة أو قيمة لا تقل عن 50 جنيه إذا كان العميل يريد استبدال المنتج.

Return Policy

If for any reason, you have a-change-of-heart situation, Sfkt Elyoum accepts product-return within 7 days of the initial purchase date on the receipt, and we will refund the whole purchase-money amount, only if the packaging is unopened and the packaging seal is intact. It can extend to 14 days in the case of a manufacturing defect. Shipping charges are deducted from the total money amount after receiving the product and inspecting it to confirm its condition.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

How to return?

Speak to one of our customer service representatives to request a refund and issue a bill of lading within 48 hours.

After receiving the bill of lading number from the customer service department, head to the nearest Bosta branch and hand in the product.

Choose the method of refund from one of the following options:

  • In case of cash payment, you can pay through (Post Office – bank – Vodafone cash)
  • In case of payment by Visa, you can pay through Paypal.

Required Information:

  • For a return through the Post Office(Full name and ID). You can withdraw the money amount from the nearest post office.
  • For a return through the bank: (Full name – Account number – Bank name – Branch name – SWIFT Code.)
  • For a return through Vodafone Cash (mobile number and name). You can withdraw the money amount from the nearest Vodafone branch.

Terms of Return:

  • Do not remove the serial number label on the product or box.
  • The product must be in its original condition, without any exposure to normal wear or tear to the material, deteriorations, or accidents resulting from malicious or negligent acts.
  • All product accessories must be intact and complete inside the box (warranty – accessories – invoice).
  • Shipping charges are deducted from the total money amount after receiving the product and inspecting it to confirm its condition.

Disclaimer:

After 7 days of receiving the order, the customer is only eligible for free maintenance during the warranty period.

After the warranty has expired, which is after two years of purchase, the customer bears all expenses (maintenance + shipping) and the maintenance fees are decided by the Repairs department.

Replacement Policy

How to make a replacement?

Send a picture or a video of the product by the problem and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives to make a request to issue a bill of lading within 48 hours.

After receiving the bill of lading number from the customer service department, head to the nearest Bosta branch and hand in the product.

The product is inspected by the Warranty and Maintenance department to decide the condition of the product whether it is a case of replacement or repair.

After inspection, one of our customer service representatives contacts the customer to determine the appropriate procedure.

Note: The inspection is undergone by the Warranty and Maintenance department within 14 days from the purchase date on the receipt.
